Rental, Delivery, & Return Policies

Thank you for choosing our lighting delivery and setup services. We value your business and strive to provide exceptional service. Please review the rental policies outlined below to ensure a smooth experience. By using our services, you agree to abide by these policies.

  1. Rental Agreement All rental services must be agreed upon ahead of time. To secure your desired date and time, we recommend booking well in advance. We will confirm your rental details and provide a rental agreement for your review and acceptance.                                                  
  2. Local Delivery and Additional Fees We are pleased to offer free local delivery within a 25-mile radius of downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. If your event location is situated beyond this range, a $75 fee will be applied up to a maximum delivery radius of 50 miles from downtown Raleigh. Should you require delivery services outside of this 50-mile limit, please contact us to discuss the possibility of making special arrangements. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and will make every effort to accommodate your needs.                                                                             
  3. Availability and Setup Time In the event that your preferred date is unavailable, your payment will be promptly refunded. Our team requires at least one hour of setup time to install the lights. If additional lighting services are included, the setup time required may be longer. Please account for this when planning your event.                                                    
  4. Rental Period Unless otherwise agreed upon, the rental period is for 24 hours from the time of rental setup completion. If you require a longer rental period, please discuss this with us during the booking process, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  5. Renter's Responsibility The renter is responsible for any damage to the lighting equipment or theft throughout the duration of the rental period. In the event of damage or theft, the renter will be charged for the repair or replacement of the equipment. We kindly ask that you treat our equipment with care and take necessary precautions to ensure its safety.

  6. Lighting Color Selection If not selected at the time of online rental, the lighting color must be specified. Please provide this information to us as soon as possible to ensure that we can accommodate your request.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall our company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the rental services provided, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not our company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services and rental equipment.

Governing Law: These rental policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
