Refund Eligibility After the delivery time and date have been agreed upon, all rentals are considered final and non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

a. Act of God: In the event of a natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, or any other unforeseen event beyond our control that renders the rental service impossible or unsafe to perform, we will provide a full refund.

b. Legal Exceptions: If a situation arises that is specifically protected by law or regulation, we will comply with the relevant legal requirements and provide the necessary refund.

In the event that the client's preferred rental date and time is unavailable for us to accommodate, any rental fee will be promptly refunded.
